Yes – All of our training programs are developed for each client/athlete’s unique needs, goals, health history, and training schedule.

Yes – we offer open gym memberships to anyone who wants a unique and somewhat private facility to work towards their fitness goals.

At the current time, our speed training class which is geared for athlete on-field speed development is the only large group class we offer. Our performance training sessions are more of a semi-private group setting.
While it is important for athletes of any age to be physically fit enough to handle the demands of their sport or activity, we generally don’t accept athletes into our speed training classes until they are 10-12 years old. We reserve our more advanced performance training sessions for athletes who are self motivated, can take high level instruction, and show a level of maturity and motivation that will allow them to excel in our program.
Our schedule has training sessions available from 6am-10am most weekdays, and from 2pm-7pm most weeknights. We also offer training on Saturday mornings from 8am-12pm. Our summer schedule expands on that to allow for more morning training hours. *Schedule subject to change*
